Return and Refund Policy for The Loom Lab

At The Loom Lab, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. This includes all tags, labels, and packaging.
- Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for clarification.

2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact us at loomlab.berlin@gmail.com with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at loomlab.berlin@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- You will be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at loomlab.berlin@gmail.com with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
